Requirements for Completing the Course
Persons enrolling in the Salesperson Prelicense Course must attend 90% of the classroom hours (i.e., 54 hours) and pass the final exam within one year after enrollment in the course.

Schedule
The course consists of fifteen four-hour sessions and may repeat itself several times per year. Therefore, students do not have start on Session 1 and end on Session 15; they may enroll at various points in the course, and wrap back around when course cycles again. Getting Into Real Estate

ENROLLMENT INFORMATION: We are not enrolling new students in the Salesperson Prelicense Course at this time.
Post License Course: This 30-hour course must be completed within one year after receiving your Temporary Salesperson real estate license; otherwise, your license will expire. For those salespersons whose license is active, the Post License Course must be completed within six months after his/her license is issued in order to remain active.
Requirements for Completing the Course
Persons enrolling in the Post License Course must attend 90% of the classroom hours (i.e., 27 hours) and pass the final exam within one year after receiving the Alabama Temporary Salesperson License. Although a licensee has twelve months to complete this course, if the licensee's license is active, and he/she has not completed the Post License Course, the licensee's license will automatically be place inactive, and the licensee will six more months (i.e., a total of twelve months) to complete the course before his/her license lapses.
Eligibility Requirements
You must have been assigned an Alabama license number before you can enroll in a Post License Course. All Alabama approved real estate schools are required to get the students license number as a part of the enrollment process.
Meeting Times
This course is usually offered over a two-weekend period (Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30, which includes one hour for lunch).
